1. HOW TO GET STARTED?
Send us an email and tell us what you want. We will contact you for an initial
assessment of your requirements. Once we understand your needs we will
submit our proposal for your solution.

2. HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE?
We charge an approximate rate of $60 to $100 per hour for financial
modeling, other spreadsheet modeling and custom VBA programming. Our
training and ongoing support is normally charged on an individually basis at
lesser rates.
3. DO WE GIVE PROJECT ESTIMATES?
Absolutely. Send us an email with your specifications. We will assess your
project and supply you with an accurate estimate of our time to complete the project.
4. DO WE GIVE ON-GOING BACKUP AND SUPPORT?
Yes. We support all our users. We offer telephone, on-line and remote
computer support.
5. DO WE GIVE FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING ADVISE?
Yes. We have qualified Chartered Accountants that offer financial advise and
consulting services. Especially budget, forecasting modeling and share
valuation models.
6. DO WE TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do travel internationally for medium to large projects.
