These Budget Models control all areas of data input from source to final
consolidated financial reports plus many interactive graphs. We have also been
involved in setting up a very comprehensive advertising revenue reporting
system that controls daily advertising revenue per newspaper title to final
management reporting.

– Waterproofing and Construction Sector
We have setup their system and budgets for many years. We consult with
them on a regular basis and assist them with present and future business
strategies. We consult with them on regular basis on managing and running
their business.
Valuegaps (Pty) Ltd
We have developed an interactive Excel and internet web based share valuation program.

Distributors (Pty) Ltd. – Food Manufacture and Distribution Sector
We became involved with this company in 1993.
Then the company’s turnover was less than R800k per month. Today the
company’s turnover is in excess of R12m per month. We were instrumental in
their systems setup, workflow design and pricing from orders to debtors to
final product delivery. We consult to them on system maintenance and
development matters.
Thembelihle Equipment
(Pty) Ltd
This is a very successful BEE company. We have been involved in
the design, setup and programming of their entire integrated Job Control
and Accounting systems. This system is an Excel front end using SQL to store all
their accounting, job control and management information.
Konica South Africa –
Photocopier Industry
In 1997/98 we were involved with the design and setup of their Management
& Accounting systems countrywide.
AT Kearney –
International Management Consulting
We designed and setup a comprehensive cash book and purchase order entry reporting program for them.
We trained them on all Microsoft Office products including advanced
Microsoft Access and Excel.
